Les contacts noués lors de la GenCon Paris Mai 2006 entre Hclix.com et de nombreux joueurs ont fait apparaitre la nécessité de creer une structure non commerciale regroupant le plus grand nombre de joueurs d'Heroclix possible afin de promouvoir le jeu et organiser des événements.
